Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Put
Self-Rising Flour (2 1/4 cups)
and
Butter (1/4 cup)
in one bowl.
Step 3
Mix the flour and butter with your fingers. Add in the
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
.
Step 4
Add in the
Milk (2/3 cup)
and use a spoon to whisk. Shape the dough roughly into a ball.
Step 5
Press the ball until it gets smooth .
Step 6
Put another sheet of paper over the top of it. Use a rolling pan to roll the ball out until it becomes a nice large rectangle.
Step 7
Put on some
Tomato Sauce (1/2 cup)
.
Step 8
Place some
Ham (5.5 oz)
and
Cheddar Cheese (1 cup)
on it
Step 9
Roll this over at a time and make sure that it encloses.
Step 10
Cut it into 12 pieces and put them into the oven at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for about 20 minutes.
