Meanwhile, heat the Olive Oil (1 tsp) in a small saute pan. Add the Garlic (6 cloves) and sauté for a few minutes, until browned and fragrant. Remove from heat.

In a food processor, add sauteed garlic, Avocados (2), Limes (3), Fresh Ginger (1), Fresh Cilantro (1 bunch), Kosher Salt (1/2 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp), and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/4 tsp).
