Bring a large pot of salted water to boil for the Angel Hair Pasta (16 ounce). When boiling, cook according to package which is usually about five minutes. Drain and return to pot.
Meanwhile, heat the Olive Oil (1 teaspoon) in a small saute pan. Add the Garlic (6 clove) and sauté for a few minutes, until browned and fragrant. Remove from heat.
In a food processor, add sauteed garlic, Avocado (2), Lime (3), Fresh Ginger (1), Fresh Cilantro (1 bunch), Kosher Salt (1/2 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon), and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/4 teaspoon).
Also add plain Non-Dairy Milk (1/2 cup), Olive Oil (1 tablespoon), and Agave Nectar (1 tablespoon) into the processor. Then process until smooth and creamy.
Add the sauce to the cooked and drained pasta, stir well to coat. And enjoy!
