Avocado-Cilantro Cream Angel Hair

Olive Oil

6 cloves

Large Garlic , sliced

Large Avocados , pitted, ripe

•

1 bunch

Fresh Cilantro

•

Limes , juiced

•

Fresh Ginger , peeled, chopped

1/2 cup

Non-Dairy Milk

•

1 Tbsp

Olive Oil

•

1 Tbsp

Agave Syrup

or Maple Syrup

Ground Black Pepper

Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Cooking Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to boil for the Angel Hair Pasta (1 lb) . When boiling, cook according to package which is usually about five minutes. Drain and return to pot.

Meanwhile, heat the Olive Oil (1 tsp) in a small saute pan. Add the Garlic (6 cloves) and sauté for a few minutes, until browned and fragrant. Remove from heat.

In a food processor, add sauteed garlic, Avocados (2) , Limes (3) , Fresh Ginger (1) , Fresh Cilantro (1 bunch) , Kosher Salt (as needed) , Ground Black Pepper (as needed) , and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (as needed) .

Also add plain Non-Dairy Milk (1/2 cup) , Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) , and Agave Syrup (1 Tbsp) into the processor. Then process until smooth and creamy.

Add the sauce to the cooked and drained pasta, stir well to coat. And enjoy!
