Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In a small bowl mix together Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) , Garlic (2 cloves) , and Fresh Rosemary (2 sprigs) until well combined.
Step 2
Trim the Pork Tenderloin (1 lb) by cutting off any excess fat, and removing the silver skin.
Step 3
Season the pork tenderloin evenly with Kosher Salt (1 tsp) and Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp) .
Step 4
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 5
Rub the olive oil mixture evenly over the entire pork tenderloin.
Step 6
Place the pork tenderloin into the preheated air fryer basket and cook for 20-22 minutes, until pork is cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
Step 7
Remove the pork from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing to serve.
