In a small bowl mix together
Olive Oil (2 Tbsp)
Garlic (2 cloves)
Fresh Rosemary (2 sprigs)
until well combined.
Pork Tenderloin (1 lb)
by cutting off any excess fat, and removing the silver skin.
Season the pork tenderloin evenly with
Kosher Salt (1 tsp)
Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Rub the olive oil mixture evenly over the entire pork tenderloin.
Place the pork tenderloin into the preheated air fryer basket and cook for 20-22 minutes, until pork is cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
Remove the pork from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing to serve.
