Cooking Instructions
1.
Start by cutting up the Green Cauliflower (1 head), Orange Cauliflower (1 head), and Purple Cauliflower (1 head) into florets and washing them under running water.
2.
In an ovenproof skillet, heat up the Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) and Garlic (2 cloves) until the cloves turn golden-brown in color. Use low-medium heat, you want to slowly infuse the oil with garlic flavor.
3.
Add the cauliflower florets, Chili Powder (1 tsp), and season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Stir on medium heat for a few minutes. Add 1/2 cup of water, cover with a lid and let it simmer on low until the cauliflower is tender and water has reduced.
4.
Sprinkle the Parmesan Cheese (4 Tbsp) and place under the broiler until slightly crispy.
5.
Serve and enjoy!
