Step 1
Into a mixing bowl, add and mix the Brown Sugar (1 cup) , Peanut Butter (1 cup) , Baking Soda (1 tsp) , and Egg (1) .
Step 2
Add in the Chocolate Chips (to taste) , and fold everything together with a spatula.
Step 3
Using your hands, form the mixture into small ball shapes, and place them on a baking tray lined with some baking paper. Bake the cookies under 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Serve and enjoy!
