Saute Onion (1) cut into julienne in Butter (4 tablespoon) until translucent.
Add in the Leek (1) cut into julienne, and saute until soft
Add in the Heavy Cream (1/2 cup), Kosher Salt (to taste) and Cayenne Pepper (to taste), and simmer until cream has slightly thickened.
Add Whole Kernel Corn (1 cup), 6 Chili Pepper (6) and Large Shrimp (1 pound). Season with Kosher Salt (to taste) and Cayenne Pepper (to taste). Stir and cover the mixture, and simmer slowly until shrimp are just cooked through (2 to 4 minutes, depending on the size of the shrimp).
