Step 1
Saute Onion (1) cut into julienne in Butter (1/4 cup) until translucent.
Step 2
Add in the Leek (1) cut into julienne, and saute until soft
Step 3
Add in the Heavy Cream (1/2 cup) , Kosher Salt (to taste) and Cayenne Pepper (to taste) , and simmer until cream has slightly thickened.
Step 4
Add Whole Kernel Corn (1 cup) , 6 Chili Peppers (6) and Large Shrimp (1 lb) . Season with Kosher Salt (to taste) and Cayenne Pepper (to taste) . Stir and cover the mixture, and simmer slowly until shrimp are just cooked through (2 to 4 minutes, depending on the size of the shrimp).
Step 5
Serve and Enjoy!
