Preheat pan on medium high heat with Coconut Oil (1 Tbsp).

Place Sugar Bananas (4), Eggs (3), Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (3 Tbsp), Chia Seeds (1 Tbsp), and Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp) in magic bullet or blender.

Drop 1 tablespoon of batter for each pancake on preheated pan. I fit around 7 pancakes in my pan.

Cook for 2 minutes or until golden brown, check if browning to quick, reduce heat, if not browning enough increase heat.
