Step 1
Preheat pan on medium high heat with
Coconut Oil (1 Tbsp)

Step 2
Place
Sugar Bananas (4)
,
Eggs (3)
,
Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (3 Tbsp)
,
Chia Seeds (1 Tbsp)
, and
Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp)
in magic bullet or blender.
Step 3
Process until smooth.
Step 4
Drop 1 tablespoon of batter for each pancake on preheated pan. I fit around 7 pancakes in my pan.
Step 5
Cook for 2 minutes or until golden brown, check if browning to quick, reduce heat, if not browning enough increase heat.
Step 6
Serve immediately or allow to cool and store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
