This Nana Ice Cream uses frozen bananas, collagen, slippery elm, and L-Glutamine. All the ingredients combined supports the body’s own healing and can help with joint, tissue, skin repair and gut healing.

2 Tbsp
Hydrolyzed Collagen
1/2 tsp
Slippery Elm Powder
1/2 tsp
L-Glutamine Powder

Author's Notes

Serve with any of your favourite toppings and add frozen mango or strawberry to change up the flavour, the variations are only limited to your imagination!

Directions

Step 1
Place the Banana (2), Hydrolyzed Collagen (2 tablespoon), Vanilla Extract (1 tablespoon), Slippery Elm Powder (1/2 teaspoon), and L-Glutamine Powder (1/2 teaspoon) in the food processor.
Step 2
Process until it reaches a smooth ice cream texture.
Step 3
Serve with your favourite toppings, such as strawberries, currants, coconut, cacao nibs, chia seeds or any fruit you have on hand and enjoy!
