Instant Coffee
Cooking Instructions
1.
Combine Instant Coffee (1 Tbsp) and Water (1 Tbsp). Stir until all coffee is completely dissolved and set aside.
2.
In a small saucepan on low heat, combine White Chocolate (1 cup) and Milk (1 1/2 cups). Stir until the mixture is smooth. Set aside to cool.
3.
In a small jug, add Milk (1/2 cup) and Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2). Beat with a fork until smooth.
4.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together Self-Rising Flour (1 1/2 cups), Bread Flour (1/2 cup) and Caster Sugar (1/2 cup). Stir in the egg mixture.
5.
Stir in the chocolate mixture and the cooled coffee mixture.
6.
In a two-liter oven baking dish, pour the coffee batter. Sprinkle Brown Sugar (1 cup) over the surface. Pour in Water (2 cups).
7.
Bake at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for 40-45 minutes.
8.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
9.
Serve and enjoy!
