In a small mixing bowl, sift in Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1/3 cup) and Baking Soda (1 Tbsp). Add Citric Acid (1 Tbsp) and Any Flavor of Flavored Gelatin (3/4 cup). Mix until combined.
