Cooking Instructions
1.
Rub a slow cooker pot with
Butter (to taste)
and cover the bottom with non-stick baking paper.

In a mixing jug, add
Eggs (6)
,
Brown Sugar (1 Tbsp)
,
Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp)
,
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
and
Milk (2 cups)
. Whisk everything together until smooth.
3.
Dip each individual slice of
White Sandwich Bread (1/2 pckg)
into the egg mixture and then arrange it into the base of the slow cooker. Pour leftover egg mixture over the top.
4.
Cook on lowest setting for at least 6 hours.
5.
Remove lid of slow cooker and allow to cook on low for another 15-20 minutes, or until the surface has crisped up.
6.
Serve with
Maple Syrup (to taste)
and enjoy!
