Slow Cooker French Toast Pudding is a new twist on the classic Bread Pudding. Served with lashings of maple syrup, this sweet treat is great for breakfast, brunch or whenever you need a warm, comforting dessert!

Cooking Instructions
1.
Rub a slow cooker pot with Butter (to taste) and cover the bottom with non-stick baking paper.
2.
In a mixing jug, add Eggs (6), Brown Sugar (1 Tbsp), Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) and Milk (2 cups). Whisk everything together until smooth.
3.
Dip each individual slice of White Sandwich Bread (1/2 pckg) into the egg mixture and then arrange it into the base of the slow cooker. Pour leftover egg mixture over the top.
4.
Cook on lowest setting for at least 6 hours.
5.
Remove lid of slow cooker and allow to cook on low for another 15-20 minutes, or until the surface has crisped up.
6.
Serve with Maple Syrup (to taste) and enjoy!
