Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Remove the stems from the Shiitake Mushrooms (1 lb) and scoop the inside out. Mince until they become small pieces.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, combine Cream Cheese (1 cup) , minced stems, Garlic (2 cloves) , Italian Seasoning (1 tsp) , Salt (1/4 tsp) , and Ground Black Pepper (1/8 tsp) . Mix until well combined.
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix together the Grated Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup) and Panko Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup) .
Step 5
Set up a parchment-lined baking sheet on the side, use a teaspoon to stuff the mushrooms with cream cheese mixture, and place them on the baking sheet. Top with panko mixture.
Step 6
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Step 7
Garnish with Fresh Parsley (2 Tbsp) , if desired, and serve.
