Step 1
Into a food processor, add the Graham Crackers (3 cups) , and reduce them to crumbs. Then add in the Apricots (1 1/2 cups) , and mix everything well.
Step 2
Then add in the La Lechera® Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 1/4 cups) and combine everything well. When serving, take small ball shapes of the mixture and roll them over the Desiccated Coconut (as needed) until they are covered well. Serve and Enjoy!
