or 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar mixed with 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

Into a mixing bowl, add and mix the Unsalted Butter (1 cup), Granulated Sugar (1 1/2 cups), and Salt (1 pinch).

Then, whisk in the Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2), and Vanilla Extract (2 tsp). Add the Self-Rising Flour (2 1/2 cups) and mix everything well until you get a nice and smooth dough.
3.
Make the dough into small round cookies. Roll each cookie dough on the Cinnamon Sugar (to taste), and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake under 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for about 8 minutes.
