Cheese Stuffed Burgers are a delicious treat, perfect for barbecues or weeknight dinners. These burgers can be fried, grilled or barbecued!

Dried Mixed Herbs
Ground Black Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, add Ground Beef (1.1 lb), Yellow Onion (1), Garlic (1 clove), Dried Mixed Herbs (1 Tbsp), Ketchup (1 Tbsp), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Using your hands, mix together until combined.
Divide mixture into 8 patties. Top 4 of the patties with Mozzarella Cheese (1/2 cup), and then top each with another patty. Using fingers, squeeze the two together so the cheese is completely enclosed.
In a lightly greased pan over medium-high heat, cook the patties for 4-5 minutes.
Flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
Top Hamburger Buns (4) with Olive Oil (to taste), Tomatoes (to taste), Lettuce (to taste), and a patty. Serve and enjoy!
