Step 1
In a small jug, add
Dark Soy Sauce (1/3 cup)

Honey (2 Tbsp)

Garlic (2 cloves)
,
Fresh Ginger (1 Tbsp)

Brown Sugar (1/2 cup)

Lemon (1)
and
Bourbon (1/3 cup)

Step 2
In a large dish, arrange
Chicken Wings (2.2 lb)
and pour marinade over until everything is coated. Cover with plastic wrap and place in fridge to marinate for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight.
Step 3
Transfer chicken to a tray lined with non-stick baking paper. Reserve the marinade.
Step 4
Bake the chicken at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Baste chicken with reserved marinade.
Step 6
Bake chicken for an additional 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
