Step 1
Cut French Bread (1) into 4 even pieces and slice each in half. Arrange the 8 half subs on a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper. Set aside.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, add Butter (1/2 cup) , Garlic (1 clove) and Fresh Parsley (to taste) . Gently mix until combined.
Step 3
Spread garlic butter over each slice of bread. Top with Cheddar Cheese (to taste) and Parmesan Cheese (to taste) . Garnish with Fresh Parsley (to taste) .
Step 4
Bake at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden.
Step 5
Serve and enjoy!
