Step 1
If your Medjool Dates (8) are dry, soak them for 30 minutes to 1 hour in warm water.
Step 2
Toss Maca Powder (1 1/2 teaspoon), Ground Cinnamon (1 tablespoon), Raw Cacao Powder (2 tablespoon), Dark Chocolate Chips (1/4 cup), Raw Almonds (1/4 cup), Goji Berries (1/4 cup), Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon), and the dates into a high power blender or preferably a food processor and blend until crumbly.
Step 3
If the texture is lacking moisture, add a very small splash of water and keep adding until it reaches a texture that clumps nicely into balls.
Step 4
Roll into 1 1/2-inch balls and serve or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
