All-Purpose Flour (4 1/2 cups)
Milk (3/4 cup)
Plain Yogurt (3/4 cup)
Water (1/4 cup)
Vegetable Oil (1/4 cup)
Active Dry Yeast (1 Tbsp)
Granulated Sugar (1 1/2 Tbsp)
Salt (1 tsp)
into the bowl of a stand mixer, fitted with hook attachment. Turn onto speed 1 for 2-3 minutes or until it’s smooth.
Allow the dough to rise double in size. Divide into 8 pieces. Form into balls, and allow to rest.
Preheat oven to 250 degrees C (475 degrees F) air-fry plus.
Line air fry tray with baking paper. Stretch 2 pieces of dough to fit the air-fry tray.
Put into shelf 2 (middle of the oven) for 4 minutes, if you want it crispy then add 1 more minute.
In a small bowl mix
Garlic (1 clove)
Butter (1 Tbsp)
brush onto Naan whilst hot. Repeat steps 4-6 with the remaining dough.
