Stir Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1 cup) , Almond Butter (2/3 cup) , Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (1/2 cup) , Flaxseeds (1/2 cup) , Honey (2 Tbsp) , Ground Ginger (1/4 tsp) , and Ground Nutmeg (1/4 tsp) thoroughly in a large bowl. Put the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up enough to roll.
Step 2
Take portions of the mixture and roll them into balls about the size of the palm of your hand. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
