Step 1
Stir Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1 cup), Almond Butter (2/3 cup), Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (1/2 cup), Flaxseeds (1/2 cup), Honey (2 tablespoon), Ground Ginger (1/4 teaspoon), and Ground Nutmeg (1/4 teaspoon) thoroughly in a large bowl. Put the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up enough to roll.
Step 2
Take portions of the mixture and roll them into balls about the size of the palm of your hand. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
