Chocolate Coconut Macaroons are a delicious yet simple sweet treat that can be made with only 5 ingredients! Desiccated coconut, sugar and cocoa are combined with egg whites and milk to create a sticky cookie dough. Lightly baked, they are crisp on the outside while remaining soft and chewy inside - Give it a go!

1/2 Tbsp
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

Step 1
Into a mixing bowl, add and mix the Desiccated Coconut (2 cups) , Caster Sugar (1/2 cup) , and Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/2 Tbsp) . Then add in the Eggs (2) and Milk (1/4 cup) . Combine everything together.
Step 2
Take teaspoon of the mixture, gently roll it in your hand, and place it on a baking tray lined with some baking paper. Continue to do that with the rest of the mixture.
Step 3
Bake under 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for about 10 minutes.
