Cooking Instructions

In a mixing bowl, beat the Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2) with an electric mixer. Add in, and mix half of the Powdered Confectioners Sugar (3 cups). Then, pour in the juice from Lemon (1) and add the remaining icing sugar, and combine everything well.

Serve with cupcakes, and any decoration of your choice.
