Into a mixing bowl, add and mix the
Self-Rising Flour (1 cup)
Butter (2 Tbsp)
. Then add in the
Salt (1 pinch)
Milk (1/4 cup)
, and combine everything together.
Roughly divide your dough into 15 dumplings, and line them up on a greased baking tray.
Into a sauce pan, add the
Caster Sugar (1/2 cup)
Maple Syrup (2 Tbsp)
Water (1/2 cup)
. Combine everything together and bring the mixture to a boil.
Gently pour the syrup over the dumplings. Bake inside a preheated oven under 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for about 30 minutes.
