Step 1
In a saucepan, add Tyson® Chicken Breasts (2) and cover with water. Cover and cook on medium heat until it starts to simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
Step 2
Remove chicken to a mixing bowl. After chicken has cooled slightly, use a couple of forks to shred it into pieces.
Step 3
Into the mixing bowl with the chicken, add Mayonnaise (1/2 cup) , Sour Cream (2 Tbsp) , Fresh Chives (2 Tbsp) , Celery (2 stalks) and Walnuts (2 Tbsp) . Mix to combine.
Step 4
For each sub, slice a Sub Rolls (to taste) in half. Add Lettuce (to taste) , chicken mixture and additional Walnuts (to taste) . Serve and enjoy!
