Cooking Instructions
1.
In a wok, add Thai Green Curry Paste (1 Tbsp). Stir on medium-high heat until fragrant and bubbling slightly.

Add Coconut Milk (1 cup). Stir together until sauce starts to simmer. Add Boneless Pork Chops (1.1 lb). Cook while stirring for about 2 minutes, until everything is coated in sauce.
3.
Add Mixed Vegetables (5 cups) and stir in. Cover the wok and allow to simmer for 5 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
4.
Add Brown Sugar (2 tsp) and Fish Sauce (2 tsp). Stir to combine.
5.
Serve with White Rice (to taste) and enjoy!
