Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, add Coconut Cream (1 cup) , then, filling up the can which held the coconut cream, add Water (1 cup) . Next add Almond Milk (1 cup) , Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) , Maple Syrup (1/4 cup) , and Chia Seeds (3/4 cup) . Cover with kitchen wrap and let sit for 30 minutes.
Step 2
After letting the pudding sit, stir the mixture. Spoon a small amount of the pudding into each serving glass, followed by a bit of the Fresh Strawberries (3 1/3 cups) and Fresh Blueberries (3/4 cup) . Repeat. Cover the glasses and let chill in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
Step 3
Serve and enjoy!
