In a large mixing bowl, add Coconut Cream (1 cup), then, filling up the can which held the coconut cream, add Water (1 cup). Next add Almond Milk (1 cup), Simply Organic® Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), Maple Syrup (4 Tbsp), and Chia Seeds (3/4 cup). Cover with kitchen wrap and let sit for 30 minutes.

After letting the pudding sit, stir the mixture. Spoon a small amount of the pudding into each serving glass, followed by a bit of the Fresh Strawberries (3 1/3 cups) and Fresh Blueberry (3/4 cup). Repeat. Cover the glasses and let chill in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
