Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In a saucepan, add Olive Oil (to taste) . Over medium-heat, cook Yellow Onion (1) and Garlic (2 cloves) for 2-3 minutes, or until the onions have softened.
Step 2
Add Ground Beef (1.1 lb) . Stir together, breaking the meat up, for 5 minutes, or until the beef has browned.
Step 3
Add Worcestershire Sauce (1 Tbsp) , Tomato Sauce (2 2/3 cups) and Salt and Pepper (to taste) . Stir together. Cover and reduce to a low temperature. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
Step 4
Cook Gnocchi (1.5 lb) according to package instructions. Drain, return to pot, and pour beef mixture over top. Gently stir everything together.
Step 5
Top with Parmesan Cheese (to taste) . Serve and enjoy!
