Step 1
Add Chicken Stock (1 liter), Water (1 cup), Fresh Ginger (1 teaspoon), Garlic (1 clove) and Red Chili Pepper (1) into a big pot and turn it to medium heat. Next add some Corn Kernels (400 gram), Rice Noodles (250 gram). Cook it for 1 minute or until it boils. Then add Chicken Breast (2), Scallion (3) and mix everything up. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 2
When chicken is cooked, add in Spinach Leaves (80 gram) until it's slightly wilted. Put the noodle in a bowl. Serve and enjoy!
