Add Chicken Stock (4 cups), Water (1 cup), Fresh Ginger (1 tsp), Garlic (1 clove), and Red Chili Pepper (1), into a big pot and turn it to medium heat. Next add some Corn Kernels (2 1/4 cups), Rice Noodles (9 oz). Cook it for 1 minute or until it boils. Then add Chicken Breasts (2), Scallion (1 bunch) and mix everything up. Cook for another 2 minutes.
