Asian Style Chicken Noodle Soup is a quick and simple meal that can be made in around 15 minutes. A light chicken soup flavoured with ginger, garlic and chilli is combined with Vermicelli rice noodles, corn, spinach and succulent chicken breast pieces. Chicken Stock (4 cups)
Water (1 cup)
Fresh Ginger (1 tsp)
Garlic (1 clove)
Red Chili Pepper (1)
into a big pot and turn it to medium heat. Next add some
Corn Kernels (2 1/4 cups)
Rice Noodles (9 oz)
. Cook it for 1 minute or until it boils. Then add
Chicken Breasts (2)
and mix everything up. Cook for another 2 minutes.
When chicken is cooked, add in
Spinach Leaves (2 2/3 cups)
until it's slightly wilted. Put the noodle in a bowl. Serve and enjoy!
