Step 1
Put
Olive Oil (2 Tbsp)
into a big frying pan over medium to high heat. Warm up the oil and add
Sausages (8)
. Cook them for six to eight minutes. Transfer the sausages onto a plate, allow them to cool a bit, then chop them off into little pieces, then set them aside.
Step 2
Using the same oil, add in
Yellow Onion (1)
,
Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (3 slices)
and
Garlic (2 cloves)
. Cook them for three to four minutes.
Step 3
After that, add in the
Mushrooms (5 cups)
and keep stirring the mix for an additional five minutes.
Step 4
Add in
Mild Paprika (1 Tbsp)
and
Tomato Paste (1/4 cup)
and
Beef Stock (1 cup)
. Mix them around and allow it to simmer.
Step 5
Once the mix starts to bubble, add the sausages back in and stir them in. Cook it for an additional three or four minutes. When done, serve. You can add
Sour Cream (2 Tbsp)
if you want to.
