. Cook them for three to four minutes.
After that, add in the
Mushrooms (1.1 lb)
and keep stirring the mix for an additional five minutes.
Mild Paprika (1 Tbsp)
Tomato Paste (1/4 cup)
Beef Stock (1 cup)
. Mix them around and allow it to simmer.
Once the mix starts to bubble, add the sausages back in and stir them in. Cook it for an additional three or four minutes. When done, serve. You can add
Sour Cream (2 Tbsp)
if you want to.
