Put Granulated Sugar (2 cup) into a large deep saucepan. Add in Butter (1/2 cup) and Evaporated Milk (1 cup). Stir the mixture over medium heat, until it is about to boil.
Turn the temperature down to medium low and allow the mix to simmer for about ten minutes.
Take the mixturure off the heat completely, and add All-Purpose Flour (3/4 cup), Chocolate Chips (1 cup), Walnut (1 cup) and Graham Crackers (1 cup). Stir everything together.
Grease and line a square cake tin. Pour in the mixture and even it out with a wooden spoon. Put the tin into the fridge for an hour, or until it has set.
Take the brownies out of the fridge, and cut them up. They are ready to serve.
