First we are going to make the cookie base. Put
Graham Crackers (1 1/2 cups)
into a bowl. Add in
Unsalted Butter (3 1/2 Tbsp)
and mix them together.
Next, we are making the mojito cheese mixture. In another bowl, put
Cream Cheese (2 cups)
La Lechera® Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 1/3 cups)
. Mix them together with an electric beater.
Next add the juice and zest of
Fresh Mint (2 Tbsp)
. Mix them all together, then if you want to, add
PATRÓN® Silver Tequila (3 Tbsp)
and mix it in.
Divide the cookie mixture between the serving glasses, and top it with the cheese mixture. You may decorate with additional mint and lime zest. Place them into the fridge until ready to serve.
