Dad's Sausage Loaf is a traditional Christmas dish served in my family. Sausage Meat is seasoned with a selection of herbs and spices, then rolled in breadcrumbs. Baked until golden, this loaf is sliced and served hot or cold with the rest of the Christmas meal - give it a go!

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Into a mixing bowl, add the Sausages (2.2 lb), Onion Powder (1 tsp) and Garlic Powder (1 tsp).

Add Sage Leaves (1 tsp), Dried Mixed Herbs (2 tsp), Fresh Parsley (1 Tbsp), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) to the sausage mixture and mix well.
4.
Form the meat into a log shape, and roll it over the Breadcrumbs (1 cup).
5.
Then, transfer the loaf onto a piece of foil. Tightly wrap it up, and bake it inside the preheated oven for about 1 hour.
6.
Serve and enjoy!
