Into a mixer, add and mix the Butter (7 tablespoon), Caster Sugar (1/4 cup), and Gelatin Powder (170 gram).
Crack the Egg (1) into the mixture, and mix until combined. Then add in the Self-Rising Flour (1/2 cup), and combine everything well.
Take spoon fulls of the mixture, roll it into a ball, and place it onto a cookie sheet lined with some baking paper. Press the ball with a back of a fork, and continue with the rest of the dough.
Bake inside a preheated oven under 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for about 10 minutes.
