Step 1
Into a saucepan, add the Caster Sugar (2 cups) , Distilled White Vinegar (1 Tbsp) , Cream of Tartar (1/2 tsp) if using, and Water (3/4 cup) . Give the mixture a gentle stir and bring it to the boil for about 20 minutes.
Step 2
Pour the toffee into paper cases inside a muffin pan. Sprinkle over with some Sprinkles (2 Tbsp) , and set aside for about half an hour.
Step 3
Serve and Enjoy!
