Easy Homemade Meatball Bake

Meatballs are a delicious, tasty addition to any pasta based meal. They are also perfect as a snack or served with vegetables. You can make them from any minced (ground) meat such as beef, pork, lamb or chicken. This recipe shows you how easy they are to prepare, and how to make them for a fantastic Meatball Bake that your family will love!

Eggland's Best Classic Eggs , beaten

•

1 Tbsp

Dried Mixed Herbs

Breadcrumbs

or Fresh or Store-Bought

Onion , finely chopped

2 1/3 cups

Pasta Sauce

2 cups

Cheese , grated

Cooking Instructions

Put Ground Beef (3.3 lb) into a bowl. Add Onion (1) , Dried Mixed Herbs (1 Tbsp) , Breadcrumbs (2 cups) and Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (4) . Mix them together.

Taking small amounts of the mixture, roll the meetballs and put them on a plate. When done, put them into the fridge for 15 minutes.

Drop the meatballs into a heated fry pan, four at a time. Cook them for 5 to 6 minutes, turning them occasionally. After cooking, transfer the balls onto a baking dish.

Heat up Pasta Sauce (2 1/3 cups) and pour over the baking dish evenly. Cover with Cheese (2 cups) . Pop it into the oven at 220 degrees C (425 degrees F) for about 15 minutes. Take out and serve.
