Step 1
Put Ground Beef (3.3 lb) into a bowl. Add Onion (1) , Dried Mixed Herbs (1 Tbsp) , Breadcrumbs (2 cups) and Eggs (4) . Mix them together.
Step 2
Taking small amounts of the mixture, roll the meetballs and put them on a plate. When done, put them into the fridge for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Drop the meatballs into a heated fry pan, four at a time. Cook them for 5 to 6 minutes, turning them occasionally. After cooking, transfer the balls onto a baking dish.
Step 4
Heat up Pasta Sauce (2 1/3 cups) and pour over the baking dish evenly. Cover with Cheese (2 cups) . Pop it into the oven at 220 degrees C (425 degrees F) for about 15 minutes. Take out and serve.
