This simplified "pantry" version of Butter Chicken is great for a quick, no fuss dinner. Chicken Thigh Fillets are chopped and fried in butter, then combined with onions, curry powder and the secret ingredient... Tomato Soup! Quick to prepare and very tasty, this meal will become a family favourite in no time - give it a go!
Tyson® Chicken Thighs
, roughly chopped
or reduce by half for a milder flavor
or ready to eat or concentrated will do
Butter (3 Tbsp)
into a big pot. Add
Tyson® Chicken Thighs (2.2 lb)
. Cook for four to five minutes.
Put the chicken into a bowl and add
Yellow Onion (1)
to the pot. Fry them until they soften. Add
Curry Powder (1/4 cup)
and stir it around. Return the chicken to the pot and stir in.
Tomato Soup (3 1/4 cups)
and stir in. Bring it to boil and reduce the heat to low. Let the mix simmer for 20 minutes.
Sour Cream (1/2 cup)
and stir it in. Serve with
White Rice (to taste)
