Step 1
Melt Butter (3 Tbsp) into a big pot. Add Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs (2.2 lb) . Cook for four to five minutes.
Step 2
Put the chicken into a bowl and add Yellow Onion (1) to the pot. Fry them until they soften. Add Curry Powder (1/4 cup) and stir it around. Return the chicken to the pot and stir in.
Step 3
Add Tomato Soup (1.8 lb) and stir in. Bring it to boil and reduce the heat to low. Let the mix simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Add Sour Cream (1/2 cup) and stir it in. Serve with White Rice (to taste)
