Melt Butter (3 Tbsp) into a big pot. Add Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs (2.2 lb). Cook for four to five minutes.

Put the chicken into a bowl and add Yellow Onion (1) to the pot. Fry them until they soften. Add Curry Powder (1/4 cup) and stir it around. Return the chicken to the pot and stir in.
