Turkey Burgers are an amazing lunch or dinner dish that everyone will adore. Minced Turkey Breast is combined with breadcrumbs, herbs and spices and formed into patties. Lightly pan fried then baked in the oven, these delicious burgers are served on fresh bread rolls with salad - give it a go!

Cooking Instructions

Put Olive Oil (as needed) into a frying pan. Add Garlic (1 clove) and Yellow Onion (1/2). Cook them over medium heat for two minutes. Turn off the heat and transfer to a bowl.

Put Turkey Breasts (1.1 lb) into a different mixing bowl. Add Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup) and the onion mixture. Pour over Barbecue Sauce (1 Tbsp). Add Mild Paprika (1/2 tsp) and Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1). Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Mix everything together with your hands. Divide the mixture into six patties.

In a frying pan, pour some Olive Oil (as needed). Put in the patties and cook them for around three or four minutes.

Put the patties on a baking tray. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F). Put a piece of Cheese (to taste) on the patties and place them in the oven for about 5 or 10 minutes.

Place Lettuce (to taste), Tomatoes (to taste), Mayonnaise (to taste) onto the bottom of Soft Bread Rolls (to taste). Place a patty on top, cover with the top half of the bun. Serve!
