Put Olive Oil (as needed) into a frying pan. Add Garlic (1 clove) and Yellow Onion (1/2). Cook them over medium heat for two minutes. Turn off the heat and transfer to a bowl.

Put Turkey Breasts (1.1 lb) into a different mixing bowl. Add Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup) and the onion mixture. Pour over Barbecue Sauce (1 Tbsp). Add Mild Paprika (1/2 tsp) and Egg (1). Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Mix everything together with your hands. Divide the mixture into six patties.
