Put Olive Oil (to taste) to a frying pan. Add Garlic (1 clove) and Yellow Onion (1/2). Cook them over a medium heat for two minutes. Turn off the heat annd transfer to a bowl.
Put Turkey Breast (500 gram) into a different mixing bowl. Add Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup) and the onion mixture. Pour over Barbecue Sauce (1 tablespoon). Add Mild Paprika (1/2 teaspoon) and Egg (1). Season with Salt and Pepper (to taste). Mix everything together with your hands. Divide the mixture into six patties.
In a frying pan, pour some Olive Oil (to taste). Put in the patties and cook them for around three or four minutes.
Put the patties on a baking tray. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F). Put a piece of Cheese (to taste) on the patties and place them in the oven for about 5 or 10 minutes.
Place Mayonnaise (to taste), Soft Bread Rolls (to taste), Tomato (to taste) onto the bottom of Lettuce (to taste). Place a patty on top, cover with the top half of the bun. Serve!
