In a small mixing bowl, put Sour Cream (1/2 cup). Add Coffee (1/3 cup), freshly brewn. Mix them together.

In a large mixing bowl, put Butter (3/4 cup) and Brown Sugar (1 cup). Beat them together with an electric mixer. Add in Eggs (3), beating the mix after adding each one. Then add in half of the Self-Rising Flour (2 cups) and Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp) and mix them in. Mix in half of the coffee mixture. Mix in the other half of the flour and the remaining coffee mixture.

Grease a tin and line with baking paper. Spoon in the mixture. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F), and put in the mix for about 45 minutes. Leave the cake in the tin for 10 minutes to cool.

For the frosting: put Philadelphia Original Soft Cheese (1 cup) into a bowl. Add in Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1/2 cup) and Instant Coffee (1/2 Tbsp) dissolved in a little bit of warm water. Beat them together.
