Canned Crushed Pineapple
In a mixing bowl, add
Self-Rising Flour (2 cups)
Caster Sugar (1 cup)
. Mix together. Add
Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp)
Canned Crushed Pineapple (1 cup)
, juice included. Mix until combined.
Pour the cake batter into a ring tin. Bake at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for 45 minutes.
If you like, drizzle the cake with icing.
