In a mixing bowl, add Self-Rising Flour (2 cups), Caster Sugar (1 cup) and Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2). Mix together. Add Vanilla Extract (2 tsp) and Canned Crushed Pineapple (1 cup), juice included. Mix until combined.

Pour the cake batter into a ring tin. Bake at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for 45 minutes.

If you like, drizzle the cake with icing.
