Step 1
In a food processor, add
Butter (1/2 cup)
,
Fresh Parsley (1/4 cup)
and
Garlic (5 cloves)
. Process until the mixture is smooth.
Step 2
Cut
Italian Bread (10 oz)
in half lengthwise. Spread each side with the processed mixture and then bring the two halves back together. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and transfer to a baking tray.
Step 3
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Open the bread and sprinkle
Mozzarella Cheese (1 1/2 cups)
over top. Season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
.
Step 5
Bake for another 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden.
