Step 1
In a skillet, add Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) , Onion (1) , and Garlic (4 cloves) . Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until onion and garlic are fragrant.
Step 2
Add Butter (2 Tbsp) , Chicken Broth (2 cups) , Evaporated Milk (12 fl oz) , Milk (1/2 cup) , Spaghetti (12 oz) , Dried Parsley (1 tsp) , and Salt and Pepper (to taste) . Bring mixture to a boil and then reduce temperature to medium. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Add Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup) and stir in.
Step 4
Serve and enjoy!
