Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add
Red Onions (1/4 cup)

Celery (1/4 cup)
,
Mayonnaise (2/3 cup)
,
Garlic Powder (1 tsp)
,
Salt (to taste)
,
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
, and juice from
Lemon (1)
. Mix until all combined.
Step 2
Prepare hard-boiled
Eggs (2)
. Place the eggs in a single layer at the bottom of the pot and cover with cold water by an inch. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Turn off the heat, cover, and let sit for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain the water, cool the eggs in ice water and peel.
Step 3
Add the
Canned Tuna in Water (1 3/4 cups)
and roughly chopped hard-boiled eggs and stir.
Step 4
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for 10-20 minutes.
Step 5
Spoon tuna mixture onto
Sandwich Bread (2 pieces)
. Add any other desired toppings. Serve and enjoy!
