Step 1
In a mixing jug, add
Milk (1 cup)

Butter (1/2 cup)
and
Active Dry Yeast (1/2 Tbsp)
. Let sit for 5-10 minutes, until mixture starts to foam slightly.

In a mixing bowl, add
All-Purpose Flour (4 cups)
,
Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup)
, and
Salt (1 tsp)
. Stir to combine. Add
Large Eggs (2)
and the yeast mixture. Stir gently with a spoon until mixture comes together as a dough.
Step 3
Form the dough into a ball. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place a dish towel over top. Let it rise for 1 hour.
Step 4
Split the dough into two equal portions. Roll them out on a lightly floured surface into 12 to 15-inch circles. Cut each circle into 16 slices.
Step 5
Roll up each triangle, starting from the outer edge. Transfer them to a lightly greased baking tray. Cover with a dish towel and let rise for 30-45 minutes.
Step 6
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 15-20 minutes.
Step 7
Brush rolls with
Butter (to taste)
. Serve and enjoy!
