Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, add Cream Cheese (1/2 cup) and Taco Seasoning (1 Tbsp) and mix them together until well combined.
Step 2
Then, add Chicken Breasts (2) and mix together. While mixing, put White Corn Tortillas (15) in the Panasonic Microwave Oven for 1 minute.
Step 3
Take one tortilla and put some filling on. Roll it up nicely and tightly.
Step 4
Take a pan and heat some corn oil to medium-high heat. Put the tortilla into the oil with the seam side down. Fry for 2 minutes per side or until golden and crispy.
Step 5
Serve it hot with Guacamole (to taste) , Salsa (to taste) , Sour Cream (to taste) or whatever you like. Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
